That is HYSTERICAL.
The Macarena would be crueller... lol... or the electric slide.

That's not a particularly bad idea for prison-yard exercise though. At least they aren't teaching the inmates martial arts or anything, ya know?

yeah, aerobics and pulates(sp) . i think ill stay away from prison line dancing though. you can do it while you're free but it wouldnt have the same affect with out the orange jumpsuits.
