SICK INDOOR PLANT HELP

i have had 4 plants for about a week now i germinated them and kept them under a 400 watt light they are all tilting to the side looking dry and unhealthy the flowers look like there curling WHAT SHOULD I DO IS IAT CUZ I STARTED THEM UNDERE SUCH A SATRONG LIGHT?

You are burning them, too much light for those young babies. Move the lamp up a meter straight away, until they are stronger. Check the heat at the canopy level, don't let it get above 30C, preferably around 25C.
