Nope, not at all. Male cannabis pollen is the same as any other pollen, it pollinates the female, and thats it. There's no THC or any other phycoactive chemical in it.

Over here hash is called hash and polm is polm, although admittidly alot of people call polm pollen, but that's just cause they're uneducated.
