For the love of God, would everyone please put a little thought into the titles of your threads.
Naming a new thread "So check this out," or "This is crazy," is simply moronic. It gives no indication as to what the thread is about.
Have the people who start these kinds of threads really smoked themselves retarded, or did they start out that way? A question for the ages...

I think people proberly do that so more people will view the thread. I agree with you, people should put info about whats in the thread, as most do.

I've noticed that I can read the first few lines in an alt text when I hover over the thread title on the main directory, so that's usually what I do, but after the hundredth "omgrofl check it out!" I'm getting sick of it. Do us all a favour guys.
Awww...shumwon woked up on the wong side of the bed today. For danny boy's sake, could we please put a little more thought into our thread titles?

I agree. I'm sure they do it for people to view...but like LuckyG said, the hover feature works good. It used to work when you were not even logged in, but not now.
Also...maybe after you make the thread...go back and look at it's title...and fix your spelling/punctuation mistakes. It only takes a second and now you have like 10 mins to fix it!

I also think I'd view a lot more threads if they did have the proper name. "Man drives flaming truck five miles before stopping" is way more interesting than "This is crazy!"

You can't judge a thread's content by it's title. Right? You can and in all likelihood will devote your attention to something you deem worthy. You never know what you might miss out on though.

I just use the hover thing, so it dont bother me. If i like the look of it, i'll read it, if not, fuck it.
I dont make many threads myself, so im pretty sure im no one of the offenders.

I was wondering where I would post:
"I like sliced bananas on my cereal" :stoned:
The Lounge (maybe if i used vodka)
Recreational (I do eat them in a bean bag chair once in a while)
Experiences (it's only after consuming copious amounts of kush do the bananas turn into unicorns next to waterfalls with dancing gnomes)
Recipes (is milk, cereal and bananas really a recipe?)
other great threads I would like to see:
Is pudding more then a desert
Supper Cuts owes me 9 bucks!
I'm not gay but my boyfriend is!
Again a thread nothing about weed
Check out my mySpace page! I'm hardcore!!Bitch!
Radom thoughts about nothing
We have the best looking trailer in the Park!
My GF likes my Mullet !
