being as i like to cook, and use what i got....i have carried that over into my gardening. Recently, i had a problems with ph...it was at a scary 3 acidic level....it's fixed now
BUT, i was thinking other ways to bring up you ph with different things around the house. You guys think any of these might work with out harming the plants...
-eggs ph 8
- baking soda ph 9
-anti acid tabs (tums)...ph 10
-ammonia ph 11-11.5
-bleach ph 12

I was thinking crushed anti acid tabs diluted in water might bring an acidic ph level to nuetral pretty safe....not to mention the extra calcium

gemme your thoughts, ideas
when i get some clone cuttings, i will do some experiments and report back

Cooking and growing
Simple ph up and ph down for growing work the best for the last few centurys.
Its cheaper its stable ,it does not grow any sub cultures, it does not attract bugs
A few other fairy tails
birth controls, work for humans and does not make female plants.
Using pure oxyen in bubble, Does make a room go boom
One more fact known ferts have known numbers
If you get clones do not screw them up , use knows things that work.
Rule of thumb if it works real good, produces more, you would hear about in a few days.
The bottom line for all good idea's is Grams /watts/ month.
With out data its as good as a popcorn fart
if you have green babys, do not have sex with pot plants

but as for clones....i just wanna play around with a few to see what happens...good or bad..doesnt matter
well, i DID put them in pink pots, thinks are looking hopefull....lol

A few decades ago I decided to grow, than came the internet.
I think Al Gore did it, but not sure.
Well looking aound the internet, I must say nothing has changed yet.
I do not want to insult anybody, I love growing.
Just a few things I have tried
1 pot colors ,, black still works best , maybe that why they sell billions each year Note price drops when you buy truck loads at a time. Mix potting soil with a 3 yard Huff bucket(81 cubic ft.)
2 music , Cops love it , plants do not care, Cops love it helps find hidden rooms, plants do not have ears. Ballast have good vibrations, and the harmonics of leaves would require a costly signal gen.
3 Plants love a good stable ph and ppm. I invested in a $300 meter and never looked back
4 After taking a few thousand pictures I found out my hard drive filled up with the same picture. Just different dates of grows.
5. Leds are comming along , but to expensive for NASA, and did not work as good as florsents
6 CO2 ppm still works out to 1500 ppm for max. output with a temp of 5 deg-8 deg f extra to help the absorbsioin of co2. I invested in a good temp controler $130 and got a 3 deg F. span.
7 30 year old ballast , still put out the same watts. Just change bulbs every year
8 Fancy florsents do not put out any more net/net power than a good regular brand name bulb.
9 panty hose still work for a roughing filter on you intake
10 magnetic field around buckets nfg
11 birth control pills do work, not one woman has been knocked up by a pot plant yet !!
12 A man with one seed knows it all , a man with 1000 plants wants to know more.

haha...im DEFINATELY not at that level, haha.....but i dont think i would cry, lol Also, i agree, with my birth control pills....the plants never get me pregnant

Advanced, may beginnig pot growing,
When you have a room full of freedom buckets (donut filling buckets) They are white and need to be painted black, Crylon plastic paint works great. Way back in the last century I started my first room. 35 buckets light proffing so my friend suggested puting skirts on them.
This would make it a black tie event. White rims and black skirts on the girls, made out of black plastic, taped to the buckets. With the gray duck tape , as not to clash with the white. Did not want to over do the event , as each bucket had two bands of stainless steal clamps, each were conected with a yellow 1/2 inch garden hose. Yes I know it was gouch to mix silver and gold colors. But what in the hell it was a party of pot heads. ( at the time hippies were only a few miles down the road)
This event has goon (not gone )( goon,,,a meanass inforcer of few smarts ) to far go to basic growing and read.
At any time if a joke goes over you head, Stand Up.
