SICK PLANTS WITH PICS! HELP NEEDED

plants have browny yellow on the tips of the spikes on the leaves, any help appriciated!

'burning' ... over-fertilized, nitrogen burn ... if you are using any kind of soil with nutrients already in it, do NOT fertilize until the plant is in flower ... don't panic, all you have to do is 'flush' the plant ... pour 2-3 times the capacity of the pot, room temperature water, let it drain well ... when you DO add ferts, use them at 1/2 strength, and only once a week, if needed ... and, don't overwater, let the soil dry between waterings ...:smokin:

Thanks alot , i will get right on it , WILL THE LEAVES REPAIR THEMSEVES AFTER THIS AND GO BACK TO THE RIGHT COLOURS OR ARE THE LEAVES PERMANTLY DAMAGED FROM THIS ? Thank you
