View Full Version : My current plant

I have a plant growing in front of my window. It's a few months old now and is standing at only one foot. I'm not sure whether or not i should wait until it grows at least another foot or if I should start it's flowering stage. The plant itself is looking relatively healthy. The only problem i've noticed is that some of the leaves are beginning to turn brown at the tips. Very very small brown tips. Awhile back I had a bit of a bug problem and had to cut a few leaves off. But aside from all of that my plant is still healthy. Any advice on making my plant grow better? I've been hesitant on going out and buying lighting because it's $30 a bulb and I'm currently without a job and low on cash.

Well RtFeMiNo,
Sounds like low light, stale air and a waste of time.
My advice would be to germinate about a dozen more seeds then master guerrilla growing. But what do I know?

Or... you could start reading and learn what you need to know to grow pot. Since you have demonstrated that you know nothing about lighting :wtf: this would be a good place to start reading.

the brown leaf-tips are a sign of over-fertilizing, too much nitrogen, and, like PharmaCan says, you should be reading everything you can, learn the basics, BEFORE putting a seed into soil ... growing is a very fun and interesting hobby, but only when things are going well ... :smokin:
