hey guys any ideas i have a female indica 7 weeks old grown outdoor it s covered with pistils but not yet have buds and it s 104 cm tall can i consider it a good plant

does anyone can know by the look of the plant if it s hemp ppr marijuana and does always marijuana have strong smell ??????
