So last night I went outside and my cat was torturing this little baby mouse. I snatched her from my cats death grip and took her inside. I named her Squirt and decided to keep her over night to make sure she was ok. I'm about to let her go in the corn field here in a second.

That's pretty tight! My cats always kill and destroy whatever evidence of them finding a small creature...

Mine will play with them until they are dead and leave them for me at the front door.

They have actually brought dead mice inside and dropped them at my feet. I praise them cause thats what cats do. But if I catch them in the act and the mouse is alive I will take it away from them.

Aw, how cute ^^ I was smoking and drinking with my friends last night, his cat got a tiny mouse too... only problem was it was half-dead by the time we got it free :(

So one of my friends ended up cutting its head off to give it a quick death, long story short T-T It was quite disturbing, the whole situation.

But yea << Kinda ruining the mood here. One time my cats got a couple baby bunnies, I got them free and released them into a neighbor's huge garden '''>>

Its in their nature though, but do help though. I don't let my cats go after other animals if I can help it because they just want to do it for the fun of it...not for food....and thats why I interfere. If they needed it for food, I wouldn't.

put a bell on cats collar

Duchess is the best escape artist I know. Every time I buy her a collar its magically gone within minutes. Most of the time I cant even find the collar, they vanish.

mice are vermin...

you should've let your cat kill it, then flush it away or throw it in the garbage.. I had a lil mice problem.. killed 21 in e a week once... good times..
