wake n' bake

i did my first one just a few minutes ago hahah. i fell asleep really early last night and woke up at like 5, can't fall back asleep, don't have to be at work for four hours. i'mma ride my bike. does anyone else get urges to exercise or do something physical when they're stoned? i always do. :jointsmile:

I used to do quite a lot of wake and bakes, there great. Nowadays I normally wait around 30mins-1hr after waking up to smoke. I like to brush my teeth and get some food first. I dont know if this is even classed as a wake and bake.

When im stoned I feel less motivated to go and do something physical.

wake n bakes are awesome but i find myself rather tired by mid day and then i don't get as stoned the next few times i smoke...wake n bakes have there pros and cons.
