Hey i live in vancouver Canada and i've been reading alot of the posts about the law and your rights, but most of it seems to be american law. Now im not sure, but in canada i dont think that they need a warrent to search your car or your bag. I'm 14 and i've never been caught or harassed by anyone about smoking weed(aside from the odd stranger, proud old lady or a teacher at my school). But what happens if you get caught by somone of a more important stature, like i have friends who have been caught lots of times and its varried from bob hope beeing taken away to getting a free ride to the station.
What are some of the rights that i have in canada about those kind of things?
thanks

thats the only thing i could find at the moment...if u want more ill look...but as far as i kno if you have 32 grams or less (maybe 29) you'll just get a slap on the wrist (second time a fine, and 3rd probably criminal charges) but if you get cought fro trafficking...you'll be lucky if u get off or a fine on your first offence (depending on how much you have)
