Do you ever wish you had the opportunity to tell someone off, like an ex-boss?

I had this one, a few years ago, that had me in the office with my manager. She was against my being relieved of certain tasks due to a medical condition, and was trying to intimidate me. She was staring at me, as if to say she was ??stronger? than I am. Of course, the underlying message was that I would be out of a job, my kids would go hungry, I??d go bankrupt, become homeless, and be disgraced. I just didn??t say it at the time, but I??d like to look that idiot up and tell her, ??Hey, shithead - I didn??t have any kids, I didn??t need the fucking job, I don??t owe any money, don't have a mortgage and, most of all, you can go fuck yourself?.

I didn??t do it at the time, but I??d like to now. The weirdest part is that ??look? she was giving me, as if she was ??tough?, because she was an executive and was used to dealing with difficult people. What a load of crap, lol! She better hope she doesn??t run into me in the street, or she??s going to hear it loud and clear: GO FUCK YOURSELF!

My current boss is a moron! He talks down to his emplyees, he won't listen to ANYTHING i say. I suggested dating and labeling the items in the fridge so stuff wont go bad, and we can accuratly rotate stock. he didn't like that idea. he leaves me by my self on the line, and if a dish comes in i have to find him somewere and MAKE him come cook. i would just cook the dishes, but he doesn't trust me to make steaktips???? if i didn't realy need the money, i would call him out. I got so mutch crap i could bring the whole place down just by calling osha.

Gently remind him that when -not IF, WHEN- the health department pops in for one of their infamous random visits, and finds food with no date in the walk-in, he's gonna get his ass SPANKED and possibly forced to close. That's plain against regs. What a drrrrty dude, remind me not to eat there.

he says that we move product to fast for labeling. I don't know how he's gotten by the bord of health, but they've been open for 3 years now. it's not like theres a whole buntch of rotten food in there. sometimes because stuff isn't labled it goes bad, and i toss it out. usualy it's fruit cause we don't use it fast enugh. I inspect the walk in evryday, investigate evry funk, and make DAMN sure good product makes it to the table.

If you come to my shop i promiss you, the food will be good.

When I was in college, I had a part time job at the supermarket, and the manager was a complete ass. He was an older gentleman, and for the most part I respect my elders, but this guy was just ridiculous. He came over and started yelling at me about putting boxes away wrong - the extra cases of each thing in the supermarket that go above the products. So I was basically like "dude, this is not brain surgery, I am doing it how you showed me". He freaked out, so I said "alright, if your gonna be an asshole about it, so will i - tonights my last night" . I wanted to just walk out, but instead I had a better idea. I stayed the rest of the shift and put all the boxes away in completely wrong places, which I am sure at some point gave that guy some frustration. Civil disobedience. Ha.

I have had many other part time jobs that I did not make it too long at, and I am never one to hold anything back (in my youth at least - now with a career you gotta watch your step, the man is watching........:wtf:). Don't worry buddy, I have told off many of my ex bosses, more than enough to share with you. I try to keep things real, but some people can just be so ignorant........

Peace yall, dont hold back! :rasta:
