I dont know if any of you have ever heard of Fiber Misotosis.. I think thats what its called. Its a sort of a rare condition, its basically chronic pain all the time, and you also can't sleep during the nights as well. My mom has been diagnosed with this, and I was wondering if smoking some herb might help her out, or drinking it in herbal tea considering she loves tea. Also, I was wondering if Marijuana could even be prescribed for this type of condition? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Its actually called fibromyalgia, and causes chronic pain and fatigue.

Sweetie, Cannabis is indicated in fibro. You may want your Mom to go to treatingyourself.com , a medical site- she'll feel more comfortable there- fewer kids and mostly medical users. She will be able to talk with other adults with the same problem. And here's a couple of studies to get you started. Delta-9-THC based monotherapy in fibromyalgia patients
Delta-9-THC based monotherapy in fibromyalgia patients on experimentally induced pain, axon reflex flare, and pain relief. (http://www.medscape.com/medline/abstract/16834825)

Thank you very much. I already looked it up in a number of different site also. I found that there are many people that use marijuana for it. I figured it would since cannabis has been used for many years for chronic pain. Thank you!
