weres the buds?

my plant is about 4 months old no sign of buds its a seed from some shitty shit whens it going to bud?

you have alot of reading to do my friend, first is it indoor or outdoor...if its indoor...you best start reading..you have to make adjustments to your light cycle...change them from 24/0 or 18/6 or whatever they are on, down to 12/12 and feed them flowering nutrients...read up on it.....if its outdoors...then i dno, depends where you live etc.
