Lab Urine Test SOON. HELP!!!

I smoked every night for the last 3 months. Stopped 5 days ago. Took Golden Seal for 4 of those days, cleansed with grapefruit / orange / lemon juice for 24 hours, and have drank lots of water. What else can I do considering that I have to take a urine test in 1-2 days? Will the Golden Seal be out of my system by then and would I pass considering my efforts? OR should I use the '1 Minute' bladder bag that I purchased instead? Will the lab results show that it is someone else's urine....particularly if from a female considering that I am a male?

Cannot decide if to take the test myself considering the measures I have taken or if I should just use the bladder bag (with temperature control). How closely will they watch me when providing urine?

Any suggestions.....please??? :eek:

What are you taking the piss test for? if it's for a job or somethin like that you get to go into the bathroom alone. But if you are on piss tests by law then you have some fuck standin in the bathroom with you watching.

Jay, I hope you get this in time. First, golden seal doesn't do anything to get you clean for a UA. stop taking it. two, although grapefruit does help to burn body fat, it also contains Naringin, which can significantly inhibit the liver's detoxing enzymes. stop eating grapefruit.

now to get the THC out of your system, get to a sauna and sweat like Cool Hand Luke. drinks lots of water while you're in the sauna. Go home and take lots more Vitamin C (it's very good you've been eating citrus. Vitamin C, although doesn't directly detox your body, is crucial for detox in that it "refuels" the bodies detox system.). Eat garlic. Garlic supports both phases of the detox system. brew a detox tea with burdock root, milk thistle seed, licorice root, dandelion, and ginger root. eat a detox clay (montmorillonite). drink plenty of water before the test and take extra vitamin Bs to add color to your sample.

First, let me thank you both IMMENSELY for your help!
They are sending the urine and/or blood sample to a lab for a 'gas something-or-nother' test. The test is for a job offer I have received. Does anyone know if a 'Natal-based cover up kit' works or will it create inconclusive results or make it look like I am trying to cover something up?

the gas chromatography/mass-spectrometry (GC-MS) which is able to identify compounds on a molecular level is just about impossible to juke. Get to a sauna and sweat a lot! and eat that detox clay I told you about, you can find it in vitamin stores or health food stores.

If I smoked for a long while but stopped 11 days ago and have since taken cleansing herbs, clay, Golden Seal (stopped 5 days ago), drank water like it is going out of style, done 30 minutes of cardio every other day, sat in the sauna several times, taken much Vitamin C, and drank wheat grass a couple of times, what would you do for a lab test (to be taken Thursday, 1/20) -
a) go ahead and use your own urine sample OR
b) use the synthetic urine bag
Just hoping for some educated feedback on what YOU would do. Thank you!

Sorry I'm only getting back to you today, I hope you get this in time. If I were in your position (and when I was on parole, I was, many times) I would use my own piss. It sounds like you did a lot of things correct for detox. But it is hard for me to dtermine because I just reread this thread and I don't learn your weight, age, and relative body mass. But the cardio and the sauna (especially the sauna) helped detoxed you quite a bit. And you haven't smoked for awhile; best of luck.

Many thanks, KennabisCranium! As an FYI, I weigh 155, am 34, and have little body fat. Those things are in my favor. As another FYI, I just took the home piss-on-a-stick test and it shows that I passed. I am on my way to take another....as a secondary precaution. If I pass that one too, then I will use my own urine. If I fail, well, I guess I feel better using the synthetic urine. I will wait another 5 minutes before leaving JUST incase you can reply right away. Otherwise, wish me luck! Just to close the loop, I will let you know by Tuesday via this thread whether or not I passed.

Excellent you pased the home test. Very good indication your clean. IT confirms my theory that you should use your own. Especially since you're small, young, and active. yes, let me know how you did.

Good luck passing your test, after almost 2 weeks and all that detox work you did theres no way you wont come up clean. Wow, the help on these communities is incredible. KennabisCranium I award you the "Most helpful to come up clean" award. :D
