I was wondering if anyone has heard of pot helping with add (attention deficit disorder) because I have noticed that, In small amounts pot helps me concentrate. in large amounts, on the other hand, make my long term memory go down the drain for about an hour.

completely with you bro...I used to act out in school so much, never did jack shit..until I started getting stoned before I went to school...haven't been diagnosed with ADD, but I don't need a doctor to tell me something webmd can..

cannabis has proven beneficial for a handful of psychological disorders, ADD and ADHD being indluded..fuck ritalin, I'd rather not be a motherfucking zombie that is a junkie who can't eat..

Weed definately helps with ADD. It helps me personally focus by making me forget the little distractions.

Thats exactly the same way with me. In the last half of the last year, i started smoking almost every day before school. i stopped getting in trouble and my grades went up quite a bit, i went from like a 1.8 to a 2.7, shoulda been a 3.0 (weird screwup on the schools part)

I feel the same way. I've been tokin before class for a while now and it usually helps me concentrate better as well.. though I do get irritated when the high leaves. Dx

I too have realized the benefit of smoking this year. Been prescribed Adderal, Concerta, & Ritalin in the past all of which made me a bitchy zombie and unwilling to speak in class. This last spring I went to philosophy class after a couple puffs of some indica and finally felt comfortable and followed the entire class it was really a wonderful experience. Like everything though moderation is key.
