Legality of Paraphanalia

Is it legal to take paraphanlia (aka a glass pipe) on an airplane? I wanna take it from jersey to florida thenback to jersey.

I bought a couple of pieces while out at school and did not feel like parting with them for the summer. All you have to do is clean them completely; nor resin, smell, whatever would give it away that it was used for weed. As long as you do that then it is completely legal to have in a bag. I have carried 2 pipes 2 times on airplanes and never got questioned. Its the same rule that head shops use "as long as its for tobacco usage then you can sell it." Hopefully that helps man:thumbsup:

if you don't have a substance, it's not drug paraphernalia and is therefore being tobacco...a pipe with residue, a bag and papers, nogo, joe...papers alone and no drugs, it's not illegal...a pipe that's brand new or only had tobacco smoked out of it...it's legal..

I've been arrested for drug paraphernalia once, papers and a pipe with residue..6 months probation..

I've been caught 5 times with alcohol drunk as shit...told to pour it out and go home or call my parents..

I keep my shit at home and I stay out of trouble..I suggest the same to anyone else

just remember that they now do pad downs at airports

and here in michigan paraphenalia is illegal.

Why take the chance... just get you another one when you get there.... if worse comes to worse, you can always make a pipe out of an empty soda can.

my friend bought back 50 glass pipes from poland 2 years ago. he put it in his luggage and nothing happened to him.

If you really want to do it make sure there spotless clean and buy a small back of pipe tobacco and put it with your pipes, makes you look more legit.
