What would happen if I diluted and reused the water that my soil didn't absorb. It seems to me that some of the nutrients fromthe soil mix would be in there.:D

Yeah- the nutrients the plant didn't want.
Don't do it. You are begging for salt buildup in your soil.

Thanks for the advise. If you don't mind can you tell me if I am going to put one of my plants into a larger pot, The plant has a foot long stem and then a few leaves. Can I put the plant alot deeper so make it a shorter plant? or what should I do?

Nope, that doesn't work with cannabis. Tomatoes like it though.
I'd bend it over instead.

You can bury your plant up to the first node without any problems.. i have only 4 feet to work with not counting the containers and light.
