:wtf:Can anyone tell me in these pic what this could be, seeds or female calyx ?(the Pics 3-4).Could changing my plants from CFL`s to a 400watt hps cause them to turn to hermies ? stress them .
First time grower ,started the plants in a small cabinet with multiple CFL`s , just recently bought a 400 watt hps . givin off more heat ,the temp is around 81 to 85 have a vortex fan pulling 80cfm heat from the top of the cabinet.
Checking my trichomes each day ,many are still translucent but are gettin cloudy ,about how long till they get milky and then amber ??

these Daddy's Girl that I just grew out had swollen calyxes, like I'd never seen before ... I thought they were forming seeds, they were so big, but, they were just puffy calyxes ... were covered with calyxes just like the one in his last pic ... scary :wtf:

I dissected a couple under my microscope, found nothing in them, just all puffed up .. ?? False Pregnancy ? :D

fire up that 400 Sodium ... just be sure to maintain enough distance from your canopy to maintain good temps ... keep the light a little farther away the first couple days, to introduce the light ... shouldn't stress it at all :smokin:

Leftover from a previous grow?
Carried in on the breeze from outdoors?
Stuck to your clothes?
Or... the Dreaded Hermi.

only concluionis it is a hermie ;)Question now is has the damage been done or should I worry about other plants being effected also.Im on my eighth week of flowering and the second week under my new 400 watt. with such, a change in lighting will the budds ripen quicker ?

Don't change anything now. Just be patient. That seed is fully developed but not ripe- I will guess it was pollenated just under 3 weeks ago. A lonely seed is not much cause for worry.

Meh, anytime, I am pretty much always here :D
(I like seeds... new life... fresh vigorous plants... as long as it isn't like a bunch in each bud, who cares! Besides, if you care, tey add weight hahahahha:D)
