Not sure when to harvest maybe now.

This is a fresh cut flower from a plant given to me. I don't know when it was planted, I don't know how old it is, it doesn't seem to be growing any more and there's no white hairs like on my other ones. It looks extremely delicious and I don't know how to tell if it's ready to be harvested. All of the flowers look like this one. This is my first grow, help me!

It looks good to go as long as the plant has been flushed previouslyand fed on just water for the last two weeks.

Also i check mine by squeezing the buds, if they are solid its ready.
