The little scale in the top right corner of every post.
To see yours, go to 'user CP' and scroll down.

the little scale on the top right of peoples posts is how you initiate it. you click on it to give either pos or neg rep. the green squares is your "rep scale" and increases in size upon recieval of pos rep. the higher of a rep the other person is, the more rep you will get
