6' ,225 lb male, smoking every other day for the past 2 months, when smoking only smoking around like a 5 chunk. How long to get clean, you think the full 30 days or maybe less if I sped it up with cardio.

What kind of test is this? You are an every other day smoker but slightly overweight so don't be surprised if you take around 30 days to get clean. Aerobic exercise will help but you will want to stop 3-5 days before the test. You have a lot of time so buy some tests online for $2 each.
