help, weird situation

heres my situation, i ordered a vaporstar vaporizer from everyonedoesit.com about a week ago, today i went out to check my mail and there was a padded envolope that had been ripped open from EDIT, the only thing left inside was the invoice...no vaporizer, my free EDIT wrist band was even gone, heres where it gets fucked up, i live in an apartment and have a locked mailslot, no one has access to it except for me and my finace and the mailman, you need a key to open it, neither of us took it so that leaves the postal service or EDIT responsible and i know EDIT wouldnt just send an open, empty envolope with an invoice. i guess my question is, is it legal to send a vaporizer through the mail? I plan on going into the post office and flipping the fuck out on them until they find it or refund my money or fire someone. I mean mail tampering is a fedral offense. but i need to be sure that i didnt do anything illegal which im pretty sure i didnt. im in the US by the way, anyone have any simalure experiences? any advice is appreciated, im fucking livid right now im so pissed

a vaporizer is completely legal to use as its based on tobacco users, i had mine mailed right to my front door and nothing was wrong with it.

i would raise hell if i were you, the bag/box appeared untampered with?

seems strange for something like that to happen.

Man some one in the back of the post office reconized the box and yanked your stuff happens all the time twice to me

no, it was tampered with. It was sent in a padded envelope, you can tell it was sealed and then opened... thats why im so pissed. There are only a few possible things that could have happened, my mailbox is locked so it was either ripped open by someone in the postal service, not sealed well and ripped open from rough handeling or EDIT messed with it.... all i can say is someones head is going to roll over this...

its seriously happened to you twice?! its not in a marked package, just a brown padded envolpe with postage and a return address, doesnt say EDIT or anything like that anywhere on it

Wow that sucks. If I were you i'd march down to the post office right now and lose it. Id demand to know who had the route when it was delivered and id want some answers!

I'm afraid you won't get anything from the post office or anyone else unless EDIT decides to show pity on you. Sorry to hear about your bad luck.....sounds like someone somewhere knows what those boxes or envelopes look like.

im guessing this is not a big table vaporizer and rather a smaller glass one??
