when switching from 18/6 2 12/12 how much of a dark period do i leave in between doing this. ?

at least 12 hrs. longer if you have too, if you want the lights to come on at a particular time thats convenient to you.

oops i just went from 18/6 to 12/12 nd left it about 6 hours with the light off...hehe messed but i think my plants are ok...
