Can Tox-Sap 5 detect birth control if subbing?

I'm taking a test and was thinking of getting a sample from a female friend of mine to substitute. I'm a guy and was wondering if it makes any difference if she is taking birth control pills and if that will be detectible with the Tox-Sap 5 test?
