If you can manage to keep it alive until fall arrives it will flower for you. Summer is not idea, too hot for seedlings. I would reccomend putting it in a spot that gets plenty of light in the early hours of the day, and reasonable shade for the rest of the day until it reaches a good size to handle the summer heat.

Too late? I 'd say you need to have your plants outdoors and past their seedling stage by July 1 at the latest. Starting seeds in April makes sense; you can get them out into the ground in May and give them time to get nice and big.

too much traffic through the house and ALOT of work to get the attic suitable to grow. I will find a good spot that gets good light and shade and hope for the best. Thanx

No guarantees on my post, it's hot out!!! But it's not entirely hopeless, I wish you the best of luck, and the greenest of thumbs.
