I don't know how you can do jiujitsu while stoned. I was sober and I could barely handle jiujitsu class!

Anyway, I don't have any weed right now, but when I do have it (and don't have to conserve weed), I usually smoke a bowl in the late afternoon when I have to walk my dog, then at least 2-5 more bowls throughout the night till I go to sleep.

bah... Had class at HL campus from noon until 10pm... I was high the whole time, I'd go roll around in between classes and get toasted just enough to be able to relax in class and focus.

How long have you been training? I find after about a year, once you are somewhat experienced with both jiujitsu and smoking, it makes you much more creative and allows you to pay attention to small detail. And anybody who knows anything about live sparring/fighting, its all about attention to detail.

Today I have a hot ass fever, so I havnt smoked a flake.
