When do you hit peak Parts per Million?

I usually give them the higher PPM towards the end of the run... in the last three weeks I use my regular flowering nutes as well as "Shoot Powder" which is real high in P to finish em up and then flush them out.

I have a friend who told me he hits his peak PPM around five weeks, and then lowers it gradually and finishes in 8.5 weeks.

Am I doing it incorrectly by raising my PPM and blasting them at the end before the flush? I am working with SunShine#4 and Super Natural blooming nutes. I always let the leaves yellow before flushing.

I take my pppms up to between 1300-1500 for about the last four weeks, then flush...but I use several suppliments so that raises it. I don't drop the ppms until I flush and after flushing then juust ph'd water till harvest. :thumbsup:

Yeah that's what I do too but I had a close friend of mine who does a great job at growing tell me you are supposed to hit the peak during week five, middle of the cycle (he does a 67 day strain) and then slowly lower it because the plant needs less nutes and then flush out with straight ph'ed water.
