...at one of the large drug testing agencies for a pre-employment 5-50 GS/MS test. The thing I did not expect was when I arrived, the lady asked "do you have time to do it today?" I guess you can schedule an appoinment too which is good to know if you are a little nervous.
Like past experiences they bring you into a room, make you take off your jacket, ask for your ID, make you wash your hands, tell you not to flush and present the cup. She asked me if the test was pre-employment and I said "indeed."
I went into the bathroom, whipped out the Quick Fix bottle (though I subbed with clean urine - will use the synthetic if I am ever faced with a random test) and noticed it was at 95'. I was a little dismayed since my previous practice sessions always produced a specimen at 97'. Either way, I then tinkled my own urine in the toilet and quickly gave the cup the individual since the pee cup itself was between 94'-95'. In the future I will make sure to have some hot water in a cup in the car with a digital themometer -- especially in the winter months. If my temperature was an issue they would have let me know. She then went into the bathroom and flushed the toilet.
The worker then poured some of my sub urine into another container and had me initial it and complete the rest of the paperwork. She completed the paperwork and gave me a copy and I was on my way. The whole process took about 20 minutes (sitting the waiting room to leaving the place).
I post this in case anyone new to this is curious what to expect (I know, I know....we have a zillion posts on this very subject but we might as well stay as current as possible).
I want to thank FakeBoobsRule for the pointers and no-bullshit feedback. I will let you all know the results but I do not foresee any issues since the substitute I used has never touched anything in his life and is on no medication.
