A running count of money spent due to the drug war as well as arrests, etc. I haven't checked the validity of this, but thought it was interesting non-the-less.

i think it's more or less just a counter based on the statistics taken... like they found on average someone goes to jail ever 20 seconds for drugs, so it goes up one every 20 seconds..

I don't really need a clock to tell me how much money is being wasted on the war on drugs, all I know is that its over a million, over a billion, and its way too much money being spent in an unwise manner.

Imagine how much fucking food that could buy...end world hunger, and give some stoners some munchies since it was my idea.
