I generally believe that ingesting marijuana increases likelihood of cancer because marijuana contains carcinogens. Similar to how increasing the number of greenhouse gases causes more instances of the greenhouse effect, increasing the number of carcinogens in the body increases the likelihood of cancer.

I have a topic elsewhere on the internet and some goof posted this right here..I'm at a loss on how to respond to him lol.

I think they're only carcinogens when burned..lol...with fire...but when you burn any plant and inhale the smoke it's going to have carcinogens I think.

i'm not sure if it's only when burned but i am pretty sure about it....

btw, it's been proven that smoking weed actually works against cancer casuing carcinogens... you'd have to ask birdgirl or someone to find the link/info... but i remember for a fact reading it...

wow...what a dumbass, eating weed is just like eating grass or any other green plant material, and if you burn any plant material you produce carcinogens, not just weed

say something like that but word it up all fancy to make us look good

If comments like these were true, everything would cause cancer and we would all be dead.

However, too much of anything can be bad for you. Just because you eat weed brownies doesn't mean you're going to get cancer, that's just silly.
