Can my spouse get in trouble or lose her job

My wife works for a DA office in CAli and I have a cannibas card, could my wife lose her job with the county if something happened. House raid etc. Thanks in advance

If she smokes, too, and they have an anti-drug policy and do drug testing, I'd think it might be plasusible she could lose her job. Or if the DA's office has an expressly written policy saying "Employees of the XX County DA's office may not have any association with the growing, selling, or using of federally prohibited substances," I guess that'd be plausible, too. Or if they had a policy stating that that people could be fired if they were raided or arrested on federal charges, that could be a problem.

All those possibilities seem awfully remote since you're the med user/grower and she's not. That being California, she could probably pretty easily ask that question of someone in that office without fear of repurcussions. You know they must negotiate legal situations involving people with cannabis cards all the time.
