Hey

I'm closet growing, using a drip system, no nutes yet just pH 5.7/5.8 water

I have been watering 3 times a day for 15 min. I just changed it to 8 times a day for 5 min.

the roots just outgrew the 4" rockwool and I put them in 1 liter mess bottom potting planters in hydroton.

I have a 125 watt ful spectrum cfl and a 40 watt full spectrum tube light

the leaves started to curl under yesterday-ish/day before. I'm going to change the resivour tomorrow and add a very light nutrient solution. I think I will be using "Hesi Hyrdo Growth"

does all of that sound ok? do I need anything else? anyone have any guesses as to the leaves curling under?

Here''s mine....I dont' know cause I don't use rockwool or water on a timed system. Now don't go spending all that info in one place.

Looks fine and sounds fine. Looks like a low budget and simple setup. Good luck.

hi spectrum, i'm not sure whats causing this prob with your babies, but you could try posting them on the plant problems message board, I'm experimenting with an aero system just now and new to hydro (used to be soil), so I'm still learning myself, but you might get help to your prob on that other board. sorry i couldn;t help further, hope it works out for you.
