Im not sure where i heard this but i got told cannabis, takes away the vitamins from your body of brain or something like that thats why its so unhealthy and makes you work slow..

I never have heard that. In fact, the idea made me laugh. Cannabis challenges your oxygen supply, which affects your brain. But it doesn't deplete vitamins from your brain.
