I can't seem to find some decent tabs on the web. I'm sure I'm not using the right word when I say "tabs", but what I'm looking for is just a song explained like "A, A, B, C, D sharp, A sharp". I really don't feel like learning all those notes on the lines and what each one represents, I just want to learn a few songs to get a feel for the instrument, then teach myself.
Does anybody know of a site that explains it like the way I want?

if you just want to learn chords, guitar books work just fine. There's also company that makes books caled something on the lines of : "Easy Guitar" "Easy Piano" and so on, go check out your local music store, the books are fairly cheap and are a great way to learn on any instrument.

I usually just go to ULTIMATE GUITAR TABS ARCHIVE | 250,000+ Guitar Tabs, Bass Tabs, Chords and Guitar Pro Tabs! (http://www.ultimate-guitar.com)
and look for the songs marked "chords"....then if i cant figure out the chords on piano i go to chord house ::: piano room: chords and scales (http://www.looknohands.com/chordhouse/piano/)

Free sheet music on 8notes.com (http://www.8notes.com) ? It's pretty handy.
