I often mix in berries along with other fruits in the juice machine.

Cherries are the hot item and selling really big in the stores right now because it's the season for them.

Avoid dingleberries in your food, though. I had to find that out the hard way.

Raspberries, strawberries and such arnt actually berries, they're droops.

I love raspberries. They taste like summer. And they are best when they are still warm from the sun.
One of my favorite breakfasts is this:

1/4 c frozen raspberries or mixed berries
3/4 c unsweetened yoghurt
2 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate

Stick in the blender. It's also good with a little wheat germ sprinkled over.
