ok so i called my friends dealer, asked him for a quarter. he called back a half an hour later, and said fifty for the seven grams. i go to his house and he takes my cash (i only trust him cuz he is good friends with my friend). he took my money to the trailer park and i called him and told him to meet me at the gas station. im waitin there, and the sheriff rolls by so i freaked out and went home and called him. he didnt pick up his phone so i left a message and went to his house. i get there and he said "bad news. the sheriff you saw came to where i was gettin the tree and i had to ditch it. ill get it back tomorow. i have some cigarettes if you want some" so i got a couple newports (at least it's something to smoke) and went home. i call him the next mmorning cuz he said he was getting it back. he finally picks up and tells me that the cops got him and he is getting his court date set. this is bad news cuz he is already on probation. i am freaking out cuz my friend said if i get him fucked over, i wont wake up the next morning. i dont really know what to do.

As soon as you become a dealer you take on all responsibility for your selling actions. If your friend is mad then he has no one to blame but himself.

It wasnt your fault cause you obviously didnt know that the sheriff was going to be at the gas station but may I ask you why would you meet up with a dealer at a gas station?!? Thats too much heat cause people is always there to pump in gas to there car and you don't know who will roll up at the station. I believe that was kinda a bad move but no one is perfect.

the inside of the gas station was deserted (ppl pay at pump now adays) but worst case scenario, we were just gonna walk down one of the back streets and just hand it to me. but im out fifty bucks, and hes 90 days in a juvinile detention center. i win yay. i feel bad he got busted for my weed though.

Sounds like you prolly got stiffed, that's a perfect excuse for a dealer to gip ur ass no matter how much u trust him, alot of people are shakey nowdays, i'd only wanna go on a weed pickup if i trusted the dude and knew it was safe & legit.

i wouldn't have known idiom anyways... i'm pretty smart.. but i never even finished 9th grade in high school... considering that i'd say i'm pretty damn brilliant for knowing all that i do..

I've heard that excuse from dealers before, and they're ALWAYS people that I didn't know, and trusted with more than 20-30 bucks. Back when that was a problem, I could afford to waste that kind of money...but now I'd be getting my dough back.

Well you are in luck. The Michigan government shuts down tonight at midnight until they can resolve their budget crises, and police forces are reduced to 15% and they are only responding to emergencies. I don't think they will consider buying pot an emergency, so go for it.
