I got this from the thread right below yours. :)
... Ive been growing weed for years and been around many other grows and i can tell you from experiance that soil grown , flushed plants are the most superior tasting buds you can find on the planet.
I also know that 2 week flushed plants are slightly less weight than chem weed but the weight means nothing to me.. im not a dealer. Id rather smoke tasty weed .... and who told you that organic fertilised weed dosn't need a flush? Their pulling your leg m8.
Tell me plz, what physical homework have you done or are you just making this up from gathered info without actually testing your theory yourself?
You stick to non flush chem weed just dont try to pretend that its better and dont riddle this thread with more misleading information.

hey thanks green fog
but does this mean (flushing) just watering with water or putting the plant under the tap as i would go for the first option.?

Well, there is flushing...then there is plain water H20. Many people do just that (flush their plants under the tap), but there are many threads out there that discuss this. I'm not sure of the percentage or anything, but you can flush them by pouring water over them and waiting until the runoff water goes from yellow to clear (or much less yellow).
Commercial flushing/leaching agents are great for properly flushign your plants, and I know many people use them and I think they work great. Look into getting some of that.
Then after you flush (7-10 days from harvest), you can give them plain, pH adjusted water for the remaining days. Another good technique is to time your waterings so that you will have a couple days of "drying out" at the end of your cycle and you can harvest the plant when it is dry instead of after you just harvested. This will save water...and help the drying process. :D

cheers fog that really clears a fair bit up in my brain and as you said they are a lot of opinions on most issues so i,ll stick with the ph adjusted water i think as i am organic nutes so that should be ok ,as the bloke in the the thread said i,m not a daeler and a better taste would be a bonus ,thanks for your help mate.:stoned:

I'd still read a little more into it, but in the end...it's all up to you! It's YOUR weed, isn't it? ;)
Cheers, mate.
