I've been smoking pretty much daily for probably around 2 months now... usually just 1 bowl at night or something, and I've noticed that whenever I smoke, the smoke is really irritating to my thoat (i assume that's the case for everyone) But I also have a sore throat whenever I wake up and for probably around an hour in the morning, and when i wake up I always think that I should stop for a few days and let my throat heal or something, but it's not sore after the morning and i usually end up smoking later on anyway. I also have a disease called hashimoto's thyroiditis, which I think means that my thyroid gland is overactive or something, which i assume may have something to do with my throat being sensitive. Is this anything i need to worry about? Is there anything I can do to help my throat heal faster?

Well your thyroid gland is in around your throat, so it could be that. And also i noticed when i had cottonmouth and wouldnt drink to clear it up my throat would get sore.

Hi hon, First, do you drink enough liquids every day? Dehydration makes a lot of things worse. Second, get a vaporizer- they are every so much easier on the throat and lungs. I am very low income, but I spent about $150 on a Vapor Brothers GNES hands free. Worth every penny! - Granny:hippy:
