Hey all, I just thought I would post my grow so far. Most of them are bagseed, but the really big one is either white passion (white widow x passion) or widowrella (white widow x cinarella99). However I think that it's a boy:mad:. I will wait to be sure though, and if I am right I will probably breed it with the best bagseed for some to plant next year. Anyway, here they are...hope you enjoy.

Ok, maybe some more pics will revive this thread....

here they are about a week later. Many of them are begining to show some nice pre-flowers, but I still think that the biggest one is a male. overall though, they will be good and I do see several females.

Thanks for the support:thumbsup:

I started some of them the end of April and the rest in the middle of May. Most of them are around my chest(probably 4-4.5ft), some around my waist(3-3.5ft) and one is over my head and I'm about 6ft1...It's probably close to 7ft. Also all of them have been topped and tied down.

Congratulations on the upcoming wedding!
You plants look wonderful and the spot was very well-chosen! I like how varied the surrounding native plants are- it's a really good camouflage job there.
I've cleaned up the other junk in this thread too.

Thanks for the congrats Stinky! I am EXCITED, but a little overwhelmed too. And thanks for cleaning things up.

Hey trynagethigh, ya, those stalks are huge! Thanks for stopping by.

Here are som more pics. They are flowering kinda slow, but I just now gave them some flowering ferts, so that may be why. I would have usually given them some in the begining of the month.

They are all between 8-9 feet tall and are finally finished stretching and shouldn't be getting much taller. I can't wait to see some nice big buds. I just hope that they will fully develop before it gets too cold.

P1: Plot 1
P2: Plot 2
P3-5: various flower pics

enjoy

What kind of flowering nutes did you use? I use 10-52-10

I'm no expert on outdoor growing, but I think you should have started bloom ferts at the first sign of flower, plus I know it's been hot and dry there.

Your girls look gorgeous man! Good luck with your harvest.

Thanks rckymtskier!

Hey dutch pimp, I used 10-20-20. Yes, I should have put the ferts down ealier, and usually do, but this year I have just been really busy. I don't think the heat helped either, but oh well....live and learn. Thanks for the input!

I found a hermi in one of my plots yesterday :( , so I will have some seeds. The plot with the hermi will be pretty seedy, but the other one luckly only seems to have a few.

They may be....I put some more ferts down a few days ago, and watered today, so if they are, that should help. I lost my soil tester, and have not been as dilegent about careing for these as I have in past years.

Thanks hydro! I wish you could smell them....MMMMMM!

Could just be chilly, not P def. If it is P def, it's slight. Have the petioles gotten any purpler, or stayed about the same? Those look very nice. Healthy.

dylan
09-21-2007, 01:31 AM
hey stinky, no the petioles have remained the same. Although it has not gotten below the 50s at night, and only for a few days (cold front). Now we are back in the 90s during the day, and 70s-80s at night.

Thanks for the complement too.

Peace

Just got back from my honeymoon last night:) I went to check on my crops today, and took somemore pics. One of the plants looks about ready. I also took a sample but to dry out. What do you think?

cannawish
10-07-2007, 08:59 PM
how was the honeymoon? congrats.

is that a seed forming in the middle of the first pic? i'm inexperienced and was wondering what to look for in my own garden...so if that is a seed would you let me know that that is what it looks like?

dylan
10-07-2007, 10:12 PM
Yes, it's a seed. I had a hermi in my other plot that was undetected until too late. The plot in the pics is fine, only a few seed, but the other plot is FULL of seed. Pisses me right off, but oh well. What can you do?

dylan
10-07-2007, 10:12 PM
Oh ya, thanks for the congrats!

those are really nice looking, seed or not. if there are tons upon tons of seeds you could seperate them and either use it for a stash, cook with it, make hash, or i like to soak in 100 proof vodka and have some with sprite. it wont really be a waste either way in my opinnion.

If its from a hermie... That means all the offspring would be female or at least half female. They will be prone to hermaphrotism. You should try growing some out and see.

I may save them for next year, but i'm not sure. I have a thread in the grow lounge about them. I will find something to do with them; it just sucks their not big beautifull buds. I am going to keep the seeds from this plant though.

Ok, this is the first phase of the harvest. It is going to rain for the next few days after this weekend. I think that I need to harvest some of the more mature buds before the rain because there are some spots that are begining to get the bud rott.

This is about 1/8 or so of the most mature plant. The rest I am going to leave up, as they are not getting the rott yet. The rest I am going to do this weekend.

twoguysupnorth
10-12-2007, 11:33 PM
i didnt really mean to use the seeds to cook with(but i guess you could), i meant the bud or shake after you get done seperating the seeds. congrats on getting married though.

Thanks Mr. Clandestine.

Here are a few more harvest pics.

P1: This is another plant we harvested on Sat. It was broken about 1/2 way through flowering, and the buds seemed to get stunted, so most of this plant are going to be popcorn buds.

P2: This is my third of the first plant to go down ( I have two partners). It is begining the curing phase.

P3: Some nice buds taking a breather.

P4: Macro on white.

P5: Macro on black.

P1: Purple bud from the cold front.
P2: more purp.
P3: a few buds
P5: fat bud

No holes, just turned the soil and added some fertilizer.
