Take a warm, waterproof jacket. Yr gonna need it! Scotland is very beautiful, but it's f#*king freezing. Get up to Edinbrough if y can. There's loads gonnin on up there. Also, for some unknow reason they make sausages in the shape of square burgers. It's a strange concept, but extremly tastey. As a man of England born I don't really go to Scotland that much, quite simply..... they hate us, but a few of my friends are in love with the place. Did I mention that you should take a warm, waterproof jacket? One other good thing: drug addiction is almost a local custom, so there's bound to be plenty of weed.
Have an excellent trip.
