OK so i have heard this from a friend but not totally sure about it. He said to use a blacklight to grow, he said it works very well but i do not know this for a fact. Just wondering can anybody tell me if blacklights work for growing? Or not.

That is a load of shit. Blacklights will NOT grow pot. Period. They have none of the spectrum that the plants need and furthermore, even 50 of them wouldn't be bright enough to grow a seedling let alone a fully mature flowering plant.

I will say this again. BLACK LIGHTS WILL NOT GROW POT.

sry guys but i have acctually used them no lie ill post picks of the lights i used...nd i dont have picks of the plants but i have used them and they did grow somethings...

I fairly gave you a heads up in this thread and also by pm. LEARN BEFORE YOU PREACH! There are people in this room that have grown more crops than you can imagine and trying to pull the wool over their eyes won't gain you any respect and eventually will kill a great resource of knowledge.

This IS your last heads-up.....next time you preach b.s. I'm going to use my boot instead. In a way dude, your creating a flame fest in here and that WON'T be tolorated! I'm trying to be cool with ya but I'm not really a patient man.

Nothing wrong with asking a question. I think the major problem in this thread was the bad advice given by one person. It was nothing on you at all.

Do some reading in here and decide on your lighting based on your budget.
