I got this thing about 10 years ago. It's sort-of a combination water-pipe and gas mask, in a metal "first aid" type box. It's not a bubber. There is a little glass jar on the left side with a piece of sponge, called the "filter", with a pipe bowl on top. The smoke goes into a larger bottle called THCO2 Tank, and then goes into the face mask. It's hard to explain, and the picture isn't very good. Sorry for the bad picture quality. I've only used it a few times, but it does work and is a pretty devistating way to smoke. Here's the instructions:
EMERGENCY KIT
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1: Set Up
Twist off the filtration container and slightly moisten filter with water. Then tighten lid firmly and insert the reserved lift-off bowl.
STEP 2: Preparing Victim
Lye patient on back and raise feet slightly. Carefully place the breathing apparatus over the victimâ??s mouth. Adjust the side straps for a snug fit.
STEP 3: Intake Procedure
Insert proper medication into the bowl. While applying a flame, instruct the patient to inhale vigorously until THCO2 tank is filled. Remove the bowl to allow fresh CO2 into the tank. The patient can now resume a normal breathing pattern until tank is empty. Repeat this step until cured.
Make sure to dry filter and carefully clean up after use.
Please take good care of your Emergency Kit and it will take care of you.
