Which Strain

ok, i am thinking of starting an indoor grow. i am going to use 400w metal halide for the veg and 400w hps for the flowering. my question is what is a good indoor strain that is relatively easy to grow, has a good flavor/smell, good yield, and a great smoke. any advice would be great.
