Ok so i'm not new to weed at all but earlier this week i had by far my worst high ever. me and two friends smoked some jack herer using my friends bong. I deffinitely smoked too much but i'm feeling the after affects still (4 days later). The night i smoked i reached a level of being ripped that i never want to enter again. I had like a full blown anxiety attack and was certain that i was gonna have a heart attack. The whole left side of my body felt like it was on fire and i was super paranoid that my pulse would stop. After being miserable for like 4 or 5 hours i finally went to sleep. The next day my chest hurt and i felt as if at times i was going numb again. alot of people been telling me its all in my head but i have actual tightness in my chest and i can't breath in deep either. I don't know what the fuck is going on other than that i've been pretty fucked up for 4 full days now. I also went to a party last night and nearly fell into another anxiety attack. has anyone else ever had this experience before? and is there an explanation for the breathing pains/numbness? any help would be greatly appreciated because as of right now i'm incredibly hesistent to smoke again.

That sucks....just try smoking some more....and not as much....but get high enough to be in bliss of your current state of mind.

My brother is the same way. He once walked out of a movie during the opening credits because he thought he was having a heart attack. It's all in your head, the negative side effects you experienced were probably a psychosomatic reaction to paranoia or anxiety. Then again, I'm not a doctor...

Thanks for the help guys but I'm still lost and feeling miserable. I feel like my heart beats fucked up and i've felt this way since the night i smoked. I'm debating over whethor or not to see a doctor over this. People say its in my head but even when i ignore it for nearly 24 hours its still hitting me. Ive been real irratible and its getting to a point where its pretty obvious to my family and friends. I'm hoping this will go away? any one else get like this? numbness, tighness in chest? thanks.
