ok i just started flowering about 2 weeks ago all but one plant it ok in size the other is way to tall if it doubles in size it will be bent over the celing i hear you cant top of budding plants but u can tie them down to do this do i just bend the top over and tie it to the stem? this isnt bad for the plants? i buds normally? this site is the 1st time ive heard of doin this....thanks yall :jointsmile:

No, do not tie it over now...only when vegging...right now in flowering, it will cause stress...which could = lower yield, hermie, etc

You can bend it no problem. I would not after the hairs start to develop. The top of the plant has the highest auxin concentration and largest cola. Are you dealing with sativa or indica? "You can twist the stem to stunt her. Good advice Karma.

bend her slow. go back and forth to make her jelloy. be careful you dont want to kink her. You could tie her side ways. I would put a piece of cloth on the stem so you dont start cutting in to her.

i never said you didnt i cant do what you suggested no enough room and i would put it outside but sketchy....also i hear that if you veg a plant inside then bud it outside the plant with freak out and get huge so if i did that id have like a 12ft plant....this is ny 1st real grow and its 2 mo old and like 51/2 tall just started flower

The light spectrum of the sun is so much healthier and you should not have a problem from the sun. When you switch indoor spectrums you can run into problems as it can cause stress. HPS is not as balance as most MHs so even though harvest is tripped faster the plants may not be growing to potential. There are many different bulbs though so obviously this is a broad statment. Stinky is a good grower no doubt.
