Visual Hallucinations

I picked up a half slice of a nice sativa not too long ago. Smoked a fat honey dutch with 2 friends of mine, and headed home. While I ate my Wheat Thins and Cracker Barrel cheese, I watched TV. The food was delicious. I ran up to bed and crashed. As I closed my eyes, I began seeing odd 90's-themed hallucinations, and my mind was racing at warp speed. It's very hard to explain - they weren't strong hallucinations, but it was somewhat like a slideshow of patterns and themes used in kitchens or graphic design in the 1990s and 80s. :thumbsup:

Anyway, after enduring about 2 hours straight of speed-thinking and 90's patterns, I fell asleep and had some very odd dreams.

It was an interesting experience, I'm just wondering if it was a result of lacing (which I highly doubt), mold (which I didn't see on the nug), or was it just the amazing capabilities of cannabis? :)

A friend of mine owns a very good vaporizer. Normally I only smoke joints, no bongs, pipes etc.

When I vaporize a lot on an evening I always get so baked that is almost tripping. It feels a bit as the first stadium of tripping on shrooms... With vaporizing you get much stronger and intenser effects then when you smoke marijuana in a joint.

Yeah I get them with my weed when I'm either by myself, or disconnected from everyone else...I start zoning out. I think it's that your subconscious starts to become visible to you...all the thoughts that go through the bottom of your mind are now uncovered and you are able to see how much you really think about the randomest things deep down inside.

I love closed-eye visuals, though pretty rare. Every once and awhile they'll catch me off guard, but I always just go with the flow. I've had some amazing experiences with some quality herb. Again, it's very uncommon, but every now and again I'll get lucky.

I've had CEV's after smoking weed. I saw a vague image of Jesus' face staring at me, and it was slowly getting further away and fading. It had a reddish hue to it. It was very cool, haha.

Also, if you think about it, frame vision from cannabis is an OEV. I've had that many times. I've also been so high that I have seen people's faces as distorted. Well, it wasn't really distortion as much as it was that I couldn't understand how their faces looked. None of this stuff was laced, it was just straight maryjane ;). Cannabis can be psychedelic, given the right conditions and strains. I love it!

The only psychedlic experience I've had with cannabis came after smoking a couple bowls of AK47 with some friends. Shortly after I felt as if I were falling through the counter I was leaning on....in to some other place...then only to look up and recognize I was still at the counter. This was a continued pattern, and finally after I came out of it I realized just 2 minutes had passed. After that things were pretty chill though. But this was the most intense hallucinagenic experience I've had with weed.

i have really low tolerance (wierd, i don't know if it's genetic or something...) and i've had pretty mild visuals close-and-open eyed. what happens a lot though, is i'll think somethings something else for a while, like thinking a pile of clothes is my cat, or sometimes at night i'll be going to the basement to play videogames and the vacuum will scare the shit out of me cause i think it's my mom...

I get sativas a lot as it's by far my favorite tree... I don't really like the couch lock/sleepy feeling from indicas... Anyway, I get a lot of closed eye visuals and sometimes open eye visuals. It's the beauty of the sativa plant. It allows the eye to see what the innermost part of your mind is thinking. When smoking sativas, I try not to smoke it within 3 or 4 hours of when I'm going to sleep. I find that gives me ample time to wind down from the smoke. Your bud was not laced, it was just good. :thumbsup:

I had one of those experiences last week. I burned a pretty good sized joint of some tropical sativa within an hour of trying to sleep. Anyway... I tried to lay down and a found my mind warping through thoughts and places at what seemed to be the speed of light. At first it looked as though I was in a 60's apartment when everything was becoming covered in shifting psychedelic colors. Definitely trippy.

It's funny you say that. That same night was the first time I've seen Jesus before. It was rather inspiring. It sounds a lot like what you went through. Everything was black then this image started to burn into the darkness and it definitely resembled what we've all come to associate Jesus with... slender face, long flowing hair, and a beard. It started to fade into the distance then it turned into another figure... someone almost sickly looking. It was rather disturbing at the time... I remember thinking to myself, "Comeback Jesus... I need to find out what my purpose is." It took me nearly two hours to fall asleep that night. It had me thinking all types of philosophical shit. By no means do I consider myself a religious man, I have some belief and faith but I donâ??t know how much to put into it. Thatâ??s why it was so odd. Maybe I unconsciously think about it more than I believe I do??? Thatâ??s the only conclusion I have been able to come up with.
