ive packed on some extra weight lately, and would like to lose about 30lbs for both cosmetic and health reasons, i was just wondering if anyone had any tips of how to lose the weight, i know better diet and exercise, but anything that makes it easier?

Ecstacy. Don't have to, but I recommend, because I lost weight dramitically.
It's going to take a long time and commit to lose 30 pounds without drugs. It'll be a little faster with them :)
You should do some mad cardio, and not focus as much on standing and free weights muscle building at first.......
if u wanna do it the natural way, all i can think of is ur diet n excersise [loads of fresh food, plenty of fibre, and loads of water (2 litres a day)]. or the quicker n easier way, as bong man sais... ecstasy. iv heard that a glass of grapefruit juice a day helps break down fats, i think 2 litres of water a day is the most important tip, i believe water is the cure most things. if u got a slow metabolism, av a look at these tips... http://dietforum.com/N-increase-metabolism.htm
im lucky, i have a very high metabolism :D

Stop eating.
Eat more healthy.. Drink lots of water. and Run or WALK, yes walking will help you lose weight like a mile or more day. And if you have to drink pop drink nothing but diet

limit your calorie(sp?) intake you r see if u sit in bed allllll day 24 hrs u'll still burn 1 calorie per kilo per hour(if u dont use the metric system a kilo is 2.2 lb)so say u weigh 200 lb u would burn 91 calories every hour,mind thats just for vegataing all day in u get out and do stuff u will lose alot more and dont bother running/walking the average 200lb person loses 60 calories per mile but it is very good for leg exersises(sp) sorry bout all the misspelled words i just snorted some lotatab(yes thats right your takeing weight loss advise from a pill poper ;) ) ummmm thts all i can think of right now if i remember ill check back when i can remember where i am

Cut out Soda pop entirely and drink tea. WHen I did that I dropped 10 pounds in about 2 months.

i've put on some pounds as a result of munchies i think
im just gonna stop eating junk food and soda. See how that goes.

Join a sports team. I joined my highschool's wrestling and football team my freshman year. They make you do a hell of alot of sprinting(running at your max speed) and lifting weights. I lost 30 lbs, toned up, and now I have females left and right touching and feeling on me. :p :D :cool:

What I do, is just eat healthy go to the gym. Got the munchies, grab some grapes. Thirsty, go for a water. Buy more expensive healthier foods, then you have higher fiber and mineral intake. So suddenly you don't have to eat as much to get full. So you eat and process less.
Less of the shit you put into your body the better. The more raw foods the better. I have a raw egg or 2 daily. Though I only purchase farm fresh, free range chickens. Don't have growth hromeones either. Only eat raw QUALITY foods. Less is more.
That doesnt mean to go eat nothing, eat what your body needs. I try not to eat meals. Slowly graze throughout the day. Easier on your metabolism. Water is essential! I usually have at least1 glass of V8 joiuce, and one of orange or grape fruit, which i use the same cup, and use it for my egg(s) too.
I would say slowly go into the egg thing, don't eat more then 1 your first month or 2.
I generally go to the gym, 4-6 days a week. Thought in christmass i lost muscle and gained fat. As a general trend if you keep it up, it only gets easier/almost even funner?!
3:15 is the time to go if your doing some cardio, thus the girls are usually on a tred mill infront of you... Not that you would be staring at there buttox or anything! :p
Chewing is key. The longer you chew your food, the longer you body has to realise what it's intaking and how much it needs. Plus it's fun to take the food apart and taste it.

listen im sorry but im just a person who is like why ..or how can u be fat im sorry but just dont overeat...eat healthy .....exericse dont eat before bed dont go and eat a candy bar eat an apple...dont eat a snickers eat an orange eat salad ...eat healthy food if u get a hunger craving...if it feels like ur getting hungry eat an apple. sorry but no excuse for being fat ...andyes im sypathtic...if ur legs are broke and cant move ...or a disablitly yes but if u have agood legs and good body parts use them to waste them...

i'm not fat, in fact im underwight for my size, but in defense for 'fat' people. Some people have no control about what they eat. They have trouble making smart decisions about food. Be alittle consiencious to 'fat' people.

I dont eat hardly ever anymore i got fat well the fattest ive ever been a few mths ago i just didnt eat nothing all day until dinner time and then i just ate healthy stuff for dinner.It took about a mth and i was back to my normal weight at 65kg when i got fat i reached 80kg because of pills i was on and i was never even that big when i was 9 mths preg with my son.
weed helps me if i smoke alot because you dont get the munchies no more.I normally exercise a bit too but i got lazy when i was fat.
