What will happen now....?

Ok so my plants had some kind of problem... heat damege or salt buildup, they were in 100* weather for like 4 days... watered, but in heat! i also used fertalizer and this is what they looked like...

since then i rinced out the soil with water, put there lights closer to them and put an air conditioner to them...

the topes of the plants are recovering well, do you think the other parts of the plant will recover? or stay that color? and what kind of dammage do you think that is? and is it really bad?

no those leaf tips are done they will stay brown at the tips no big deal how often do you water ? and what kind of lights are you useing your plants look a bit stretched if you can keep the temps down i would move the lights closer
