Getting high before bed, waking up feeling blah?

If I get high during the day and let it wear off during the course of the day I'm fine, feel great, sometimes I may get a headache or something (if I smoke it vs eating it)

However if I get high before I got to sleep I always wake up feeling like crap. I'll have the grossest taste in my mouth and I'll feel blah.

I sometimes get that, but once i start moving im usually fine, i often like to have a cigarette fairly soon as i wake up aswell because it seems to 'reactivate' my high for like 5 minutes.
